Aventias exists to improve the lives of others through intelligent consulting and the advancement of engineering, technology, information, and science. The company was founded by Wayne Hill, a Military Veteran whose career has been shaped by responding to crises and solving complex challenges.

Over 20 years ago, Wayne was part of one of the first medical teams to enter New Orleans immediately after Hurricane Katrina, participating in the immediate response to the mass casualty event at the Louis Armstrong Airport and subsequent Morial Convention Center evacuation. For the next 16 years he planned and supported some of the largest hurricane responses to date For
Hurricanes Ike/Gustav (2008), Harvey/Maria (2017) and Laura/Delta/Zeta (2020).

With that vision, Wayne formed Aventias to bring together a specialized team capable of tackling the toughest issues in defense and security consulting.
